Television news reports indicate 43 year old Ronald Oshensky Jr of Johnstown, entered his guilty plea in federal court to producing at least two videos depicting children engaged in pornographic activity back in November 2011. Oshensky is reported to have shipped the materials along interstate or foreign commerce pipelines. Federal district judge Stephanie Haines said that crimes like these further exploit the most vulnerable members of our society, children already at risk when entering foster care. Oshensky faces sentencing December 2nd, and is looking at a sentence of 15-30 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 or both.
