News reports indicate that authorities were called to the scene at weaver falls, at Raystown Lake for the death of a man on Saturday. Details are few this morning, the only one so far being that Saxton assistant fire chief Ron Jenkins reported that the victim was a 35 year old man from out of state. The reports indicate that the victim apparently jumped from a cliff into the river, and did not resurface. The victims body was recovered a short time after first responders arrived on the scene. Cause of death has not been determined. Police and the Huntingdon County coroner are investigating.
