A report by WTAJ states that police arrested both Scott and Brian Tilson on charges they were high on drugs while taking care of a young child. The report indicates that the child alerted a neighbor to call 911 after both Tilson’s apparently went upstairs in the home located along the 2000 block of Beale avenue on Tuesday evening where they were staying and shot up. First responders had to revive them with Narcan. The Tilson’s admitted to police using heroin. They are charged with child endangerment and conspiracy among other drug charges as well.
