Television news reports suggest that police arrested 32 year old Ray Vincent and charged him with shooting another man in a garage on Tuesday. Police report that the two men apparently got into a heated argument after the victim came to Vincent’s home and asked for help with his car. Police say that Vincent pulled out a handgun and told the victim to leave his property. The victim told police that Vincent threatened to kill him. Vincent denies shooting the man, but police found a shell casing at the scene, and the victim suffered a head wound from a shot being fired. Vincent is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated and simple assault, reckless endangerment and making terroristic threats
