A report by channel 6 indicates police arrested 41 year old Joshua Guyer is facing numerous charges after he allegedly attacked a woman during an argument on Sunday. Guyer is accused of putting the woman in a headlock and threw her to the ground. When the victims child tried to intervene, Guyer is accused of grabbing her phone from the child, and hitting the child across the face. The victim then retaliated against Guyer, causing him to flee the residence. He was arrested and charged with felony strangulation, witness intimidation, child endangerment and reckless endangerment. He is locked up in the Blair County jail, with $75,000 bail.
