
A report in the Altoona Mirror suggests that Scott Vinosky, who sued the Hollidaysburg District, and several police officers and depts along with a former district attorney has settled with state police and Hollidaysburg borough police. Vinosky’s attorney said details of the settlement will be held confidential. Vinosky was charged by police with sending threatening messages that he was going to cause damage to schools during an internship he was serving turns out, that a second man, Javier Cantos Jr was subsequently arrested and sent to prison for being the one who actually made the threats. The Hollidaysburg school district was not part of the settlement agreement.
