Yesterday we reported that Vinosky and his lawyer had settled a lawsuit against several police departments in the case that Vinosky was falsely arrested for making terroristic threats toward the Hollidaysburg school district. Now comes word that another lawsuit, this one targeting former Blair County D.A. Rich Consiglio has also been settled. Vinosky claimed that police, and Consiglio had him arrested for making the threats to cause damage to Hollidaysburg school buildings, and he proclaimed his innocense at the time. The lawsuits wee dismissed after settlements in both cases were reached. Current D.A. Pete weeks said he was unaware of the suit being settled.
