The Altoona Mirror is reporting that sentencing for 25 year old Jeffrey Guo has been pushed back to the end of November. Guo pleaded guilty back in February to 35 felony and misdemeanor charges of running a prostitution ring, and having sexually assaulted 4 teenage girls. The sentencing has been delayed because of a report on his preliminary status as a sexually violent predator must be completed. Also the delay will allow for a review of charges, that could alter the amount of time Guo is imprisoned for. The Blair County D.A. Office is asking for a 60.5 year sentence on all charges. Guo was enrolled at Penn State Altoona at the time he was committing these crimes.
