The terms are as follows, each candidate would choose a site for one debate, with each choosing a moderator to ask questions. Also, the debates would be open to all media, with no exclusivity for any one specific media outlet. The time limit would be 90 minutes, and the questions would not have any time limits for answers. No word on whether Shapiro has accepted, or if the debates would even take place.
