In a report out of Washington, the White House says that President Biden has been working hard to bring prices down, claiming 65 consecutive days of falling prices. Things like releasing oil from strategic reserves and allowing more gas to be produced from corn. However, people in Pennsylvania are not feeling so joyful. While prices have come down, Pennsylvania is still way above the national average of under $4 a gallon. At last check, Pa was sitting at $4.25/gallon. But, AAA says that the heart of hurricane season is just around the corner, and any number of catastrophies could send the prices right back up again. Andrew Gross of AAA says that overall they expect prices to fall into normal range.
