Yesterday we reported that state police in Philipsburg arrested 35 year old Fernando Rosado Guzman for killing 41 year old Brian Lyncha last week. More details about the incident have been released. Channel 10 reported that Guzman said that he was walking with a friend along some railroad tracks when Lyncha allegedly began to assault him, and both men hit the ground. Guzman then allegedly stabbed Lyncha, who the ran off and was found dead in someone’s backyard in rush twp. A witness told police that it was Guzman who started the altercation. He is locked up because bail was denied.
