News reports indicate that both Kayla Risbon and Troy McKee were arrested after they were stopped by police. Officers said that they discovered meth and heroin on Risbon’s person, and found drug paraphernalia and several other drugs inside the vehicle they were driving. When they were stopped, McKee allegedly tried to hide a clear plastic bag that reportedly contained drugs, but eventually handed it to officers. Both McKee and Risbon wee taken to the Blair County jail, and locked up on $50,000 bail each. Risbon was caught with an outstanding warrant from the Blair County sheriff’s office.
