Authorities report that the accident occurred along East Pleasant Valley Blvd in Antis Twp around 8:00 pm. Details from television news reports indicate that 38 year old Christopher Cowfer was apparently riding his bike along stadium drive, when he was hit by a car turning onto that road. Cowfer was pronounced dead at the scene. State police report that Cowfer was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. No further details were released, the investigation will continue.
