News reports indicate that the blaze occurred at a house located on chestnut avenue around 5pm yesterday. City fire chief Adam Free said that firefighters engaged in a full blown fire at the rear of the residence. The reports indicate that 2 people suffered minor injuries, and were taken to the hospital for treatment. The house sustained heavy smoke and water damage. No further information was released, only to say that the investigation to find the cause of the fire is continuing.
