WTAJ reports that police arrested 25 year old Kylee Bruss for being under the influence of some substance. When she caught after she crashed a stolen pick up truck. She told police that she was just raped, and that a gang wanted to kill her and the troopers. Bruss became combative when troopers tried to arrest her, and put her inside a cruiser. Bruss continued to resist, and had to be tased. She told police that she took pills given to her by someone she did not know. Troopers said they found a text message Bruss sent to an ex boyfriend, saying she was on her way to kill him. She was caught with meth in her purse. Bruss is charged with felony assault, theft, making terroristic threats, DUI and resisting arrest.
