Westmont teen sent to prison

A report by WJAC indicates that 17 year old Logan Pringle pleaded guilty to charges of criminal conspiracy and making terroristic threats. Pringle and Preston Hinebaugh were charged with plotting to carry out a shooting at Westmont last winter. Police said that both suspects were on school grounds apparently casing the facility after one let the other in who was kicked out of school. Pringle was given a 3-6 year prison sentence, with 10 years of probation to follow. Meanwhile, Hinebaugh is set to go to trial. Hinebaugh’s father was also charged in the case with evidence tampering
