
WJAC reports that the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum will once again be hosting the “Haunted Rails and Tales” event. The first of three events will take place tomorrow night. There will be displays with local actors portraying local people who were victims of bad fate that came upon them during the zenith of railroad operations in Altoona. There is one disclaimer, the tours are not recommended for children under 5 years of age, and parental discretion is advised. Two other shows are scheduled for Oct 15 and 22. The show begins at 7:30, and tickets can be obtained on the museum’s website.
