Television news reports indicate that 43 year old Regina Sanner is accused of stealing more than $38,000 from an American Legion post for quite some time. The reports state that Sanner was hired as business manager in 2020, and members of the legion noticed money that was missing and unauthorized payments and use of credit cards. The investigation turned up evidence that Sanner has been allegedly stealing money and using it on Fanduel and the bet rivers casino. Sanner is also charged with padding her paychecks with more than $7100, and writing herself checks that were not approved for another $7000. Sanner has been hit with 10 felony counts including theft and receiving stolen property.
