WTAJ reports that police have arrested 29 year old Nathan Walk of Boalsburg or the reported attack from last Saturday morning. Police say that they found walk at the intersection of East Main street and loop road. The woman and Walk were talking while was was getting ready to move out, when a physical fight broke out. Walk allegedly tried to choke the woman and pushed her to the floor. The woman told police she tried to leave with a baby, but Walk allegedly pushed her against a wall, causing the child to hit its head on a corner of a wall. Walk is jailed on $75,000 bail.
