News reports indicate that according to Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees, the body was discovered in an abandoned garage by a homeowner on Franklin Street around 5 pm yesterday. Lees said the body was in a severe state of decomposition, and that DNA testing will be needed to identify the remains. The body was found on the upper story of the garage. So far, no information about any missing persons has been released by authorities. Police are investigating.
