Reports indicate that police responded to the area on the 1500 block of 18th street on Sunday just before 10pm. Police report that a verbal altercation took place allegedly between three males near city hall commons. The alleged altercation continued in the area of 18th street where police say one of the men fired a shot into a parked vehicle. Officers collected both the round of ammo and the shell casing.
