The alert says that moss was last seen in the area of an elementary school, and that she may be at special risk of being harmed or injured. She is 3’8” with light brown hair and blue eyes. Police say she may be with 37 Vanessa Gutshall, who was wearing blue sweatpants. Gutshall is 5’2” with light brown hair and blue eyes. Gutshall is driving a gray VW Jetta with PA registration plate KXR-3699. You are asked to call state police or 911 if you have seen them or the car.
