A report by channel 6 news indicates that a South Florida woman is suing Kraft Heinz Food over the preparation time it takes to prepare its Velveeta Mac and Cheese Shells. The lawsuit claims that the company says it takes just 3.5 minutes to make the mac and cheese, but the woman claims that information is misleading because it does not include time to remove the lid from the sauce, adding the water and stirring. Amanda Ramierez is suing for $5 million and also is asking for punitive damages. Kraft attorneys laughed at the suit and say they will get it dismissed.
