Police reports indicate that Tyrone Police and first responders were sent out to a call for a traffic accident where the car landed on a garage roof and a retaining wall. Police report that 29 year old Jaelyn Oliver of Tyrone was found underneath his vehicle on the ground. He told police that he was drunk. Oliver reportedly caused quite a bit of damage during the accident. His blood alcohol content came back as nearly 3 times over the legal limit of .08. A hearing is scheduled for December 13th. He was taken to UPMC Altoona for treatment
