The Altoona Mirror reports that Blair County Judge Jackie Bernard imposed a sentence of 32-75 years for 43 year old Jayme Walter of Roaring Spring. Walter was arrested for possessing large quantities of heroin, cocaine, and meth after he was stopped on the Woodbury Pike back in August of 2021. Judge Bernard in imposing the sentence told Walter that he was not just an addict, that he was in business due to the large amounts of drugs that were seized at the time of this arrest. Walter plead guilty to several counts of criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, dealing in unlawful proceeds, running a corrupt organization and other charges.
