State police report that they arrested 32 year old Travis Kramer after more than a year long investigation. Troopers report that Kramer allegedly began sending pornographic photos to a 16 year old girl in elk county last august. The report also stated that Kramer is accused of sending photographs of other girls to the alleged victim. Police say they confiscated electronic devices from Kramer’s home and found images of child porn and contained sexually explicit conversations. Kramer is charged with possession of child porn, corruption of minors and disseminating photos of child sex acts.
