The Altoona Mirror reports that 25 year old Jeffrey Guo of Philadelphia was sentenced to serve 25.5-64 years behind bars for running a prostitution ring, trafficking girls and drugs for sex and for sexually assaulting at least 4 underage girls. Guo ran his organization for several years before being caught. The prosecution had asked for a minimum of 60.5 years to 121 years, and the defense had asked for leniency. Guo also solicited prostitutes for some of his customers. Judge Wade Kagarise said that the sentence he imposed as based on the severity of Guo’s crimes which were serious. Guo is now classified as a sexually violent predator.
