A state police report indicates that troopers arrested 49 year old Kellan Fetter of Schellsburg last month for threatening to kill a state trooper. The report via WJAC indicates that troopers were sent out to her residence after dispatch received a 911 hangup call. Troopers then reported that Kellan was apparently talking to people who were not present. When a trooper approached her, she picked up a tree saw and threatened to cut off the troopers head. The report also stated that Fetter reported that a meth lab was located underneath a shed on her property. Fetter was tased, taken to Bedford UPMC then was charged with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest and felony aggravated assault.
