The Altoona Mirror reports police have charged 37 year old Tammi Marie Koch with retail theft at the Clearfield Walmart. The report shows that Koch and a man identified as 31 year old John Setser also from Altoona, were seen on video loading a cart with some $1660 worth of merchandise on Monday walking past the checkout lines to the self pay area, and leaving the store without paying. The two managed to get to the parking lot, load up a van with the stolen merchandise. According to the report, Koch is also charged in a similar Walmart theft in Keyser West Virginia. Police also say that two other unidentified residents of Altoona may be involved in this theft ring.
