WJAC reported that the Clearfield County D.A. says that a sentencing hearing for 49 year old Robert Bailor will be pushed back into 2023. D.A. Ryan Sayers said that the reason for the delay is so that Bailor’s mental capacity can be further evaluated before sentence is pronounced. Bailor was convicted in October of attempted murder for the 2020 stabbing of a 76 year old man in Lawrence Twp. Bailor was found guilty but mentally ill on charges of attempted murder, aggravated and simple assault and making terroristic threats.
