WTAJ reports that police arrested 17 year old Skyler Miller Dicken after he became combative at the UPMC Altoona ER back in June. Police report that Dicken allegedly attacked the father of a 12 year old girl, after the man accused Dicken of giving his daughter marijuana. The 12 year od told her father that she got the pot from Dicken after taking a walk with a friend. Dicken then got into a fight with the girls father later, and it turned into a physical confrontation. Dicken was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault, and attempt at causing bodily harm. He is locked up in the Blair County jail on $200,000 bond.
