Report…monthly rent is falling in Pa

That report by WTAJ indicates that a study conducted for the past 2 years, says that rent in PA, at least for the second half of 2022 has decreased. In several,other states, rental prices dropped by some 10%. But the average monthly rental for a one bedroom apartment is up 22% since 2020. Wyoming and Florida have seen the largest rent increase in these 2 years, up 34% and 37% respectively. Average rent cost in Pennsylvania is $985 a month, which does include a 17% increase in the past year, but that number has fallen 3% since summer.
