A report by WTAJ indicates that police have charged 31 year old Anthony Troutman back in September of kissing a teenage girl and was sending her sexually based text messages, and he was accused of giving vapes and alcohol to some of her friends. The victim told police that Troutman approached her from behind and kissed her and asked her for sex. He was arrested and charged with several felonies and misdemeanors. Now he faces additional charges of unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, furnishing alcohol to a minor and indecent assault.
