Penndot worker charged with bribery

A report from Lancaster indicates that Angelo Carrion was charged with bribing mainly Spanish speaking customers into giving him money in exchange for his help answering questions on a drivers exam. Carrion who was employed at 2 separate drivers license centers resigned last April after an investigation turned up the bribery scheme. The investigation revealed that carrion reportedly helped 300 people with their exams. Many of those folks did not pass the exam a second time. Carrion is charged with bribery, theft by deception, criminal use of a communication device and tampering with public records
