WJAC reports that 45 year old Paul Hetrick was to be let go from his job after he pled guilty to several counts of PFA violations and a DUI arrest in Jefferson County court. Hetrick was sentenced to 6 months probation for each of the pfa violations, and was also sentenced to complete a 12 month ARD/DUI program for the DUI arrest. Hetrick had been arrested 3 times during a 4 month period last fall. The Punxsutawney school board began dismissal proceedings on Tuesday.
