Earlier in the week, chamber Executive Director Joe Hurd was on WRTA Mornings, and told us that the commissioners would be on hand to talk with chamber members. The heard from various members about issues that are facing small businesses in the county. Issues such as American Rescue Plan Act funds were discussed, also the ongoing issue of Children and Youth services staffing. Commissioner Bruce Erb talked about plans for an upgrade for more and easier access to broadband connections. Also, the meeting touched on the staffing concerns within county offices.
