Huntingdon state police report that they have charged 31 year old Morgan Anderson for having the relationship with an 18 year old student at mt. Union area high school. Both Anderson and the student told troopers that they did become involved with one another but it was innocent. The report says that Anderson gave the student access to a Snapchat account, and they met up outside of school 2 times. The second time allegedly led to a sexual encounter in the students car. The student told police he consented to the encounter, and nothing was discussed on social media. Anderson claims that no laws were broken because the student in question is 18 years of age. She was charged with having sexual contact with a student. Anderson is listed as a guidance counselor at the school.
