A report by WJAC indicates that police have charged 44 year old Lanette Kilpatrick of Patton for allegedly taking some type of drug while caring for a patient. Police say that they arrived at a home when Kilpatrick was acting funny and not being cooperative with first responders. She was found to have several drugs and paraphenalia in her possession. Kilpatrick reportedly fell over in a bathroom while helping her patient. She was arrested and charged with endangering a dependent person, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and drug offenses.
