The Altoona Mirror reports that police charged 56 year old Michael Geiger with selling methamphetamines and heroin to undercover officers on 3 separate occasions in 2022. Police report that Geiger sold some 63 packets of heroin and 3.5 grams of meth in July, August and September of last year. Altoona police and the Blair County drug task force were in on the investigation. Geiger is charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and other misdemeanor charges. He is locked up in the Blair County jail after failing to post $50,000 bail.
