According to a report by WJAC, professor Michael Nassry has filed a federal discrimination lawsuit against the university for what he called unwanted sexual advances by a co-worker. The lawsuit also claims the the university funneled research project money to help pay his supervisor’s salary. Nassry called the situation a “hostile work environment”. He included several of his former co-workers in the lawsuit. He left Penn State back in 2021.
