The Altoona Mirror reports that a 15 year old has been charged with making the threat against Southern Huntingdon High School located in Three Springs. State police report they were alerted around 6:10 am yesterday after school officials discovered the threat. After a short investigation, police found the suspect, and that person was taken in to custody. Police say there is no threat to the school or the general public. The threat was allegedly posted to social media. The 15 year old was not identified because of his or her age.
