WTAJ reports that PSU President Neeli Bendapudi released her plan for the next few years at the school with a total goal of better serving the student population. One of Bendapudi’s immediate goals is to have greater diversity and inclusion among faculty and staff. Bendapudi also said she is looking to improve student success, allow research to grow, increase the schools land grant impact and to transform Penn State’s internal operations. One reason for this list is that Bendapudi said she has been receiving complaints of too much school bureaucracy. She says that diversity will really help improve the culture around Penn State.
