Reports from Harrisburg suggest that Senator Rosemary Brown is proposing legislation to make a strong law that would prevent drivers of all vehicles from using their phones while behind the wheel. Sen. Brown said yesterday that Pennsylvania does not have a strong law, and she wants one. Currently there is a law that prohibits commercial drivers from using phones while driving. Now brown wants that law to cover all drivers in PA. According to the report by WJAC, many states surrounding PA have similar laws in place.
