Authorities report that federal agents in Las Vegas captured 18 year old Michael Cogdell of the Pittsburgh area was taken into custody by the United States Marshalls Service Fugitive Task Force. Cogdill is a suspect in the shooting death of a Johnstown man who was found shot to death in his car earlier this year in January. Cogdill along with the Marvin Price’s wife, Lexus Simms face charges in the case, with Cogdill facing murder charges for allegedly shooting price his car. Cambria county D.A. Greg Neugebauer says that Cogdill will be extradited back to Cambria County to face charges.
