The Altoona Mirror reports that Joe Musselman has been chosen to fill a vacancy on the board. Musselman said he was on the board some 6 years ago, an is eager to get back. He also said that he will run for an upcoming two year slot on the board in the next election. Musselman is a 1993 graduate of Claysburg Kimmel, and said his previous time on the board made him want to come back. The board also approved Dena Burkett as the district’s new Business Manager beginning April 3rd. She will replace Michelle Smithmyer who is retiring.
