
WTAJ reported that Two Philadelphia men were stopped for speeding by state police along I-99 near the 17th street exit on Wednesday around 8:45 am. The report says that the driver, Victor Bones told troopers he did not have a valid license. Troopers then spoke with bones and his passenger, Ramon Alfonso Guillen and their stories did not match up. After getting permission to search the vehicle, troopers discovered 3 lbs of methamphetamines, along with suspected heroin, another white powdery substance and drug paraphenalia. Both me are locked up facing charges including felony manufacturing, delivery and possession of drugs, using and possessing drugs. Both are in the Blair County jail.
