WJAC reports that police have charged 35 year old Roy Morrissey of having touched the alleged victim in an inappropriate manner while giving her “piggyback rides”. The young girl told a relative the Morrissey allegedly touched her and asked her to do the same to him. Morrisey denied these allegations, and suggested he may have done something else to the child. But the report then states that Morrissey claims to have probably mistaken the child for her mother, and claimed that she had sexually assaulted him. He was arraigned last week on charges including aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault of a child and corruption of minors. He is lodged in the Blair County jail.
