Police report that additional charges have been brought against Dylan Gardner of Hollidaysburg for two break ins at Penn Turf Tire recycling center. According to the television news reports, Gardner is alleged to have hit the business twice last summer, once in June and a second time in August. Charges for the June incident were filed last week, they include , criminal trespassing, criminal mischief and theft. Gardner is behind bars after failing to post bail. Police said that Gardner allegedly stole two tools and about $1000 cash
