According to a report by WTAJ, a list of the best 4 year schools across PA was compiled by a company called Stacker, through rankings from another company Niche. The list was compiled based on tuition costs, student-faculty ratios, acceptance and graduation rates. Also location of a particular school, was also a key factor in compiling the list. Some schools include St. Francis Univesity at number 24, Duquense at number 20, Pitt at number 8, Penn State University Park number 6, and the number 1 school according to this survey…PENN.
