A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police have charged Eric Morrisey of indecent assault of a 13 year old girl back in 2021. The report states that Morrisey allegedly had the victim stand before him naked so he could check for ticks after she was outside playing in the woods on Igou Road in Antis Twp. The victim allegedly told police that Morrisey had touched her several times in her private areas, and used his cellphone light to look for ticks. Morrisey is also accused of physically holding the victim against her will, and offering her and another young male alcohol. Morrisey is charged with felony aggravated assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
